Description:
Currently, the Subscription Rewards ladder keeps the reward progress a subscription has already earned. It only restarts from Order 1 when the customer starts a new subscription.
Merchants would like an option to reset ladder progress back to Order 1 when:
A subscription is skipped or paused for more than a set number of cycles (merchant-defined, e.g. 2 cycles)
A cancelled subscription is reactivated
Use case: store runs a fixed-dollar ladder ($10 → $20 → $30 → $40 → $50 → $60 off from Order 6 onward). They want the higher discounts to go only to customers who stay continuously active. Without a reset, a customer can pause for a long time, or cancel and reactivate, and still get the $60 discount.
