A few customers have asked me about ways that managng subscription can be made easier. One customer said that with another subscrition they have, they receive text alerts before orders, where you can reply "1" to delay order by a week, "2" to delay the order by 2 weeks, or reply "skip" to skip the next order. Havr you considered offering something like this?

This feature is now live!
Customers can now manage their subscriptions via SMS through our Klaviyo integration. You can configure automated SMS flows in Klaviyo so customers can simply reply with a number to manage their upcoming orders.
For example:
- Reply 1: Delay the upcoming order.
- Reply 2: Skip the upcoming order.
These options can be configured through Klaviyo, making it easier for customers to manage their subscriptions directly via SMS.
We now offer this functionality, so feel free to explore the setup and use it as needed.
