Agree, the search feature needs to be better. It should be more like Shopify’s order search, which works much better.

Great suggestion. Or search by partial name, partial subscription number, ect. Currently you have to enter the full subscription ID number and cannot enter the last few digits and also have to search by first name of customer and not the last as this suggester noted.
