The merchant has reported repeated fraudulent subscription orders where the billing and shipping names and addresses do not match. They would like a way to identify and receive alerts for potentially fraudulent orders before they are processed.

The merchant contacted Shopify Support but was advised that they could not assist with this concern because the orders were processed through Appstle.
