Merchant would like the Cohort Retention report/heatmap to support viewing historical retention data beyond the current 12 month limitation.

Currently, the report only displays the last 12 months of cohort data, which prevents the merchant from analyzing older cohorts such as May 2025 and earlier months.

Requested improvement:

• Allow merchants to view older cohort retention months beyond 12 months

• Add pagination, date range selection, or scrolling for historical cohort data

• Improve long term retention analysis and comparison of subscriber trends over time
