Allow merchants to embed and play videos directly within the Appstle cancellation flow popup instead of only adding clickable video links.

Currently, merchants can add a video URL through HTML, but customers need to leave the cancellation flow to watch it. This feature would allow inline video playback within the cancellation window to improve retention efforts.
