This is now live! The Cohort Retention heatmap (Analytics → Customer Insights) now includes From/To date pickers, so you can view cohort data for any historical range — well beyond the last 12 months. Pick any start and end date (e.g., all of 2023 or 2024) and the heatmap rebuilds for that window. Thanks for the feedback!
