it would be great to be able to see the cohort analytics on a quarterly basis, vs just monthly (my subsciprtion products are quarterly). It would also be great to more cohorts than the last twelve months. For instance, I'd love to see 2023 data as well. Thanks!

This is now live! The Cohort Retention heatmap (Analytics → Customer Insights) now supports both of these:
• View by Quarter — a new 'View by' selector switches the heatmap between Monthly and Quarterly cohorts. In quarterly view each row is a calendar quarter (Q1, Q2, …) and retention is tracked across the following 12 quarters (~3 years) — a much better fit for quarterly subscription products. It defaults to the last 12 quarters of data.
• Beyond the current year — From/To date pickers let you load any historical range (for example, all of 2023) in either view.
