Currently, the Dunning Management feature retries failed subscription orders based on the configured number of retry attempts, retry interval, and final action (skip, pause, cancel). However, when a retry attempt is successful after multiple failures, the subscription’s next order date does not update automatically.
Merchants are requesting that when a dunning retry attempt succeeds, the system should immediately update the next order date of the subscription in the same way it updates when frequency settings are changed.
