Hi,
We want to configure our VIP tiers based on a rolling 12-month window, meaning the tier should be assigned based on the amount spent in the last 12 months from any given date, and re-evaluated continuously so customers can go up or down in tier depending on their recent activity.
We don't want a fixed calendar year (January to December) nor a lifetime accumulation. We want a true rolling 12-month period per customer.
Could you confirm:
  1. Does Appstle support a rolling 12-month evaluation period for VIP tiers?
  2. If so, how should we configure it?
  3. If not, what is the closest available option to achieve this behaviour?
