Hi Appstle Team, Requesting a new Tier Evaluation Period option: "12 months from tier achievement date." Currently, tier expiry is individual (12 months from achievement) but the evaluation period is fixed (calendar year). This creates unfair downgrades for customers who achieve tiers mid-year. Example: Customer hits Gold on March 15, 2026. Tier expires March 15, 2027. At re-evaluation, the system checks 2027 calendar year spend (Jan 1 - Mar 15 only). That's 2.5 months of spend measured against a 12-month threshold. Customer gets downgraded despite being active and loyal throughout 2026. The fix: allow the evaluation period to match the expiry period. When a tier expires on March 15, 2027, evaluate spend from March 15, 2026 to March 15, 2027. Same window, fair assessment. This is standard in the loyalty industry. Platforms that support this include Antavo (used by Love, Bonito), LoyaltyLion, Yotpo Loyalty, and Smile.io . It's the most common tier evaluation method for DTC brands running anniversary-based expiry. The current options (Lifetime, Calendar Year, Custom Date Range) don't cover this use case. We need a fourth option: rolling 12-month lookback aligned to each customer's individual tier cycle. Happy to discuss further if helpful. Thank you.
