Please add an automated rolling 12-month evaluation period for VIP tiers, based on each customer’s individual tier re-evaluation date.
When a tier expires, Appstle should calculate that customer’s eligible spending during the 12 months immediately before that date, then retain, upgrade or downgrade their tier according to the existing thresholds. For example, if a customer’s tier is re-evaluated in March 2027, purchases from March 2026 to March 2027 should be considered, not only purchases since January 2027.
“One calendar year” and “Recurring period” reset on dates shared by all customers. Combined with individual tier expiry dates, they give some customers only a few months of purchases to retain their tier while others have much longer. “Lifetime” is not a solution either, because customers could keep VIP benefits after years without purchasing.
The goal is the same 12-month qualification window for every customer, with automatic downgrades when the required spending is no longer met. This should not require manual tier reviews or a fixed annual reset for all customers.
