It would be great if the widget could be hidden to the side. Currently, 80% of customers access the site via their phones, and the widget on mobile is huge and covers up important information and the CTA. Right now, the only option is to turn off the widget on mobile, but that means it loses a lot of its functionality for us and our customers. It’s a shame.
