Duration of the loyalty program

My brand's loyalty program is an annual/six-monthly program, and it would be great if the app could follow this logic.
It would therefore be necessary to:
- indicate a start and end date for the program
- indicate what happens at the end of the program (e.g., points and rewards are reset)
- indicate whether certain levels should maintain their status in the next program (e.g., top-spending customers should remain in the highest tier)
