I want URL for upgrade , downgrade , and cancel orders, as it's not clear for users how to upgrade , while with URL I can offer customer upgrade with custom setup and not wait for them to go to the portal. and be able to design more intuitive design for upgrade as it's a small line , people can't find it easily now .
