Dear Merchants,
We offer a toggle to Allow one membership per user, which can be found by navigating to Settings -> General Settings -> Shop Settings -> Membership Settings.
After enabling this option, please make sure to also activate the corresponding extension in Checkout Rule by clicking the provided link, to ensure the feature functions correctly.

Jatin Khanna I'm confused. Do I turn the rule on or leave it off?? Cause the blue link says to turn it on but your left picture is pointing to turn it off?

Hello Hello Ashley. I apologize for the confusion. By default, it will be in "Off" status. To clarify, the rule needs to be toggled "Turn On" for it to act as intended.

Mattarmeruk: Since membership is also a product, so now if i add that product again, then system should prompt an error / alert message
